Department of Drawing and Painting

The Department of Drawing and Painting aims to enhance the artistic aptitude and creative talent on the students and scholars in the field of Fine Arts. Special attention is given to interdisciplinary approach. The innovative ideas and research oriented aptitude are encouraged and inculcated. Department organized International and National conferences, Seminars, Refresher course and National and Regional workshops and Demonstration by the eminent artists. Other Professors from different Universities delivered lectures to train the P.G. students and Research Scholars in the new perspective of Indian Traditional & Contemporary Art.
