Department of Geography
The Department of Geography was established in 1962 at University Rajasthan College, Jaipur for undergraduate level under Arts Faculty. Thereafter, from 1974 and 1987, undergraduate teaching began in Science Faculty in University Maharaja's College and in Science/Arts Faculty at University Maharani College respectively in 1967. The faculty is also actively engaged in research programmers. The Post Graduate Department later shifted to the University Campus in 2002.
